Thank you for shopping with chilledout. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Please review the following Return and Refund Policy to ensure a smooth and convenient process:
- Terms of Return: You may initiate a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- State of Return: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags still attached.
- Reasons for Return: Damaged upon arrival, incorrect sizing, received incorrect product.
Process for Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to our customer service at support@chilledout.info, stating your order number, date of purchase, and reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) form and a shipping label.
- Carefully package the item and include the RA form on the inside of the package.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team using the shipping label provided.
Process of Refund or Exchange: Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. The following terms apply to refunds:
- If all terms are met, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- A product exchange can be requested and granted if all terms are met.
- The refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after we receive the returned product.

- Products returned without a valid RA number may not be accepted or processed for a refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure its safe arrival.
- As with all of our orders, refunds will only be issued in USD.
- If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, we may not be able to process the refund or offer an exchange.
